Immigration and civil rights attorney Jim Hacking was quoted in a recent story in the St. Louis Beacon regarding hate crimes in the St. Louis area. Hacking recounted attacks directed to a local Islamic center in South St. Louis. He said, “It’s really sad . . . Then to come here and have someone do this — it’s truly a shame.”
