John N. Borbonus

Mr. Borbonus, a principal with the firm, and "A/V" rated, handles a wide-assortment of civil litigation matters, focusing primarily on employment, real estate, and civil rights defense. He has established a significant practice in all facets of real estate litigation, including title and contractual issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Borbonus served for several years as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. He was appointed in 2003 by Missouri’s Governor to serve, and continues to serve, as a Board Member on the Missouri Humanities Council.

In 2005, he was appointed as and remains a Commissioner on the Board of Planning & Zoning for the City of Des Peres, Missouri. Also, Mr. Borbonus is a graduate of the Leadership St. Louis Class of 2008-2009.
