The firm is uniquely situated in its employment law practice in that its attorneys represent both employers and employees in claims and lawsuits based upon sex, race, national origin, religion, age, and disability discrimination before both federal and state agencies and courts. This dual representation provides the firm with unique perspectives from both sides of the issue translating into a well-rounded perspective for the client. It also provides representation to employers and employees in claims of wrongful termination, retaliatory discharge, and breach of employment contracts, including employment covenants and non-compete agreements.
