Brad R. McDill

Brad McDill is an associate with the firm focusing primarily on civil litigation, representing individuals, corporations and public entities. His practice is conducted in both Federal and State Courts. Brad has successfully prosecuted and defended cases through all phases of litigation. His primary practice areas include title law, premises liability, personal injury, contract disputes, civil rights law and general civil litigation.

Brad also practiced transportation law where he gained a working knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and further gained a vast knowledge of common issues relevant to litigation stemming from automobile accidents. Brad is a member of the Missouri Athletic Club serving on the Club’s athletic committee. He resides in Webster Groves, Missouri with his wife, Meghan.
